When to expect my first issues?
Your first magazine will start arriving within 6 to 16 weeks after we
receive your order, it does depend on the the magazine published frequency and the publisher's schedule.
Once you've placed an order, it takes one to two weeks for your subscription to
be received and scheduled by the publisher. Your subscription is then added to
the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard mail.
Because most magazines are printed months in advance, and each printing is pre-allocated
only to the amount of subscribers at the actual time of printing. Thus, an order
received in September might actually commence in December, as September's issues
were already printed back in July. There is very little difference in the processing
time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through a subscription agent,
like MagKing.COM.
And this is why Subscriber A takes 7 weeks whilst Subscriber B takes 12 weeks to get the same subscription.
If your monthly subscription was ordered and received by the publisher in November,
and the December issue has already shipped in the middle of November,
your order may be added to the January mailing.
Please be assured that these are the USA magazine standard industry lead times, although
it can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first issue will
depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher and how frequently
the magazine you've ordered is published, although our system does allow the fastest
processing possible.
Rest assured, your subscription starts when you receive your first issue--not when you place
your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12.
Some magazines are not published according to a regular schedule, nor can their publishers
always promise in advance when the next issue will be available.
Rest assured that if you place an order for such a magazine, you will receive new issues
as soon as they are available.
If you have not received your subscription within the expected time frame, please contact
customer service.

How do I change my address?
The U.S. Postal Service will only forward your magazines for 60 days.
If you are moving and need to change your address, please go to MagKing Customer Support Center to submit a support ticket for the changes.
You may also look for postcards or forms located inside of your magazine.

The United States Postal Service also provides a easy way to change your address.
Just call 1-888-255-7982, Monday - Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. For faster service

Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we only ship to US address.

please contact our customer service center, and we will investigate your case, if we can't
get your subscription started after the investigation, we will give you full refund.

Can I renew my current magazine subscription with you?
We can renew most of the popular magazine subscriptions for you.
It's best to renew several months before your subscription expires to make sure you don't miss any issues.
In order to correctly renew a current subscription, make sure the name and address you show for the renewal
is EXACTLY the same as the name and address on your current magazine shipping label.

How do I know the expiration date of my current subscription?
If you see the address label on your magazine, you would get the information something like below. The second line 'JUN 98' in this case
is the expiration date of your magazine subscription.

Can I consolidate all of my new and renewal subscriptions?
MagKing is able to renew most of the existing subscriptions you may already have. To ensure the best service,
select "Renewal" when placing your magazine order. On the checkout form, please be sure to enter the same
name and address as it already appears on your current magazine address label, and we will do the rest for
you.

Will you renew my subscription automatically?
Unless you renew it, we will never automatically renew your subscriptions.

How early should I renew my current subscription?
You should renew your subscription at least 2 months before the expiration date to insure you don't miss
any issues. You can renew your subscription with us even if you purchased the original subscription somewhere
else.
We recommend you can to order your renewal even earlier! All renewals are added on to the end of your
current subscription and would not be duplicated.

All price listed on this site are US dollar unless it is stated.

Sales tax and shipping fee
Your subscriptions are shipped via standard mail from the publisher's fulfillment office (company).
We don't charge any sales tax, shipping fee nor handling fees, there are no any hidden fees.

Refunds and Returns
All orders can be cancelled as long as the cancel request is received within 24 hours of
the time the order is placed. After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted.
There's a good reason for this policy. All orders are pre-paid to the publishers and processed
promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible. After the orders
sent to the publishers, the cancellations will not be accepted by the publishers.
We do recognize that special situations may arise when a magazine ceases publication or editorial
content changes. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the
full term of a subscription that you pay for except for circumstances
where the magazine ceases publication in the middle of your term,
in which case the publisher generally supplies a substitute magazine for the remainder
of the term.
In such events, please contact our Customer Service Center.
All such cases will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.

Since we are a magazine subscription agency but not a publisher, we do not guaranteed any magazine quality related to
content, media, printing, etc. If you concern about it, please go to any newsstand for a review of the magazine first.

Can I order a subscription to the person/address defer to my billing address?
Yes, you can send as many subscriptions as you like to any person defer to your billing address.
During the checkout processes, you will be able to specify the mailing address of the subscripion.
